Welcome to BCOTB
As the first and longest-running ABA clinic in the Tampa area, BCOTB has had the honor of helping hundreds of families navigate an Autism diagnosis and treatment.
We know the early stages of a diagnosis can be scary and confusing — but we also know there are proven methods that can lead to wonderful outcomes for kids and families.
Founded in 2003, we’re proud to use our extensive and ever-expanding experience, expertise, and education in ABA Therapy to help kids build the skills and self-confidence they need to reach their full potential.
Community Awards
We’re proud to be an integral part of the Tampa Bay area community since 2003.

Our Founder & History
In 1998, Kelley Prince began providing behavioral therapy services for a 4-year-old child with ASD while studying Psychology at the University of South Florida. She was amazed by the benefits the therapy had to offer and immediately knew she wanted to learn more about how she could help other children and their families. Because of that passion, Kelley opened BCOTB in 2003 and graduated with a Master’s in ABA in 2005.
4 Locations In The Bay Area
BCOTB has gone on to become the go-to Autism Spectrum Disorder experts in Tampa Bay. BCOTB has grown to five office locations and now employs 75+ team members. Our staff have appeared as featured experts for television and print media and have been recognized for their efforts regarding Autism and other developmental disabilities by organizations locally, nationally, and internationally.

What Makes BCOTB Different?

We’re Led By Analysts
BCOTB is founded, owned, and led by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). All of our therapists receive extensive and comprehensive training that meets the requirements to apply to test for the Registered Behavior Technician credential provided by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). All staff must also pass several core competencies, developed by BCOTB, prior to working independently with children and each month thereafter.
We Create a Positive Experience for All.
We believe the best outcomes happen when all involved parties are set up to succeed. For kids, we provide a structured environment well-suited for learning while using research-based treatments. Staff focus on building rapport with your child to make learning fun and motivating. For parents, we provide support navigating insurance, billing, and scheduling with full-time Front-End Specialists at all locations. For our employees, we cultivate a supportive and collaborative company culture and provide generous benefits to support employee longevity, resulting in fewer disruptions in your child’s care due to turnover.
We Are Always Improving & learning.
BCOTB funds continuing education opportunities for our staff to ensure they are up to date with the most current research in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Training is provided to staff at all levels on a regular basis and supervision is provided by a Master’s level analyst for approximately 10% of therapy hours. BCOTB implements monthly competencies to ensure all staff perform skills proficiently to provide your child with the highest quality services.
Additionally, our staff are provided with ongoing feedback and regular performance reviews to ensure they are utilizing appropriate teaching and behavior reduction procedures that lead to the best possible outcomes for kids in our programs.
