Responsibilities include:

Providing direct therapy to children on the autism spectrum, collecting data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, keeping program materials organized and up to date, communicating with parents and other caregivers regarding client progress, collaborating with treatment teams, attending company coaching and training meetings, conducting potty trainings.

An initial 40-hour intensive training and RBT certification (contingent on successful completion of training), opportunities for advancement within the therapist position, we are an approved practicum site for several masters programs with BCBAs at each facility who are able to supervise, competitive pay, and a great collaborative and team environment.


We prefer experience in ABA and with children who have autism, although it isn’t required.
