BCOTB is an approved provider for most major medical insurance carriers and we can help you navigate your health insurance policy to minimize your out-of-pocket costs, while providing the maximum care your child needs.

Funding & Grants

There are many grants available to help provide funding for therapy to families with children diagnosed with ASD. If you have questions about funding your child’s therapy, please contact us today.

Step Up for Students

Step Up For Students (Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities)

  • State-funded scholarship with an average of $10,000 awarded annually

  • Continue to receive the scholarship until your child graduates from high school, reaches age 22, or attends a public school

  • Money in account can roll over from one year to the next

  • Applications accepted all year round, but funds are dispersed in September of the next school year

United Healthcare Children's Foundation

United Healthcare Children’s Foundation

  • Grants up to $5,000 per family, per year, with a lifetime maximum of $10,000

  • Applications are accepted year round

Jacob’s Touch

  • One-time grant of up to $5,000 per family

  • Applications due by November of each year

Modest Needs

Modest Needs Foundation

  • Financial assistance to individuals who need support with expenses

  • Average grants awarded between $750-$1250

Autism Care and Treatment (ACT) Today

  • Grants vary by year

  • Awarded directly to families

  • Quarterly applications (Deadlines are as follows: January 31st, April 30th, July 31st, October 31st of each year)
