How Does ABA Therapy Work?

At BCOTB, our centers are designed for children ages 18 months to 11 years of age. Our programming and techniques are based on B.F. Skinner’s Analysis of Verbal Behavior, current innovations in the ABA field, such as Relational Frame Theory (RFT), and basic principles of ABA such as positive reinforcement and prompting.

BCOTB has three child advancement tracks for ABA Therapy. The programs are designed to address the individual needs of the child throughout their development.

Each program targets skills that are needed to support the child’s success in the environments that they spend the most time in, whether that is play-based instruction, an academic setting, or a combination of both.
