School Success Program (SSP)
The program builds upon the foundation of the basic school readiness program to teach more complex social, academic, adaptive and language and communication skills to maximize the potential for participation in a mainstream classroom. All of BCOTB’s programs are tailored to our learner’s needs, incorporating verbal behavior programming, feeding therapy, IEP support, FBAs, toilet training, school shadowing, and SRA programs, as needed.

Whether your child has received a diagnosis or not, we are here to help.
SSP Program
5 – 10 Years Old
“While our son has no trouble with academics, he struggles with peer interaction, managing frustrations, and listening to his teacher’s instructions. The School Success Program has truly helped our son thrive, supporting his classroom skills, while working on peer interaction and compliance. We are truly indebted to BCOTB for their support and our son’s progress!”

Success For School
The School Success Program (SSP) is designed for school aged children who are 5-10 years old. The main goals of SSP are to work on communication skills, social/friendship skills, age-appropriate daily living skills, safety skills, independent work, and language skills. Approximately 15-30 minutes of each hour will take place in the natural environment and the remainder at the table to address skill deficits across settings. An idea of an example schedule you could expect for your child in the School Success Program looks like this below.

SSP Therapy Schedule
Below is a sample schedule a caretaker may expect during one of our programs. It’s important to note every program is structured as individualized therapy for each child.

“My son loves this place! He goes running in there as soon as we get in the door. We are blessed to be here. He is thriving thanks to the ABA provided here.”
